Shipping & Courier
USPS and UPS are used based on customer selection or default based on customers location and package contents.

PO Boxes
Customers that have listed a PO Box as their delivery address will have all packages shipped via USPS, there is no exceptions and no refunds on orders that have UPS selected as the courier.

Tracking Information
ALL postage is purchased through Pirate Ship, tracking numbers are emailed to the customers email address on file. Every order contains a tracking number. Labels are created the same day packages are sent to the shipping courier. Labels ARE NOT created days ahead of shipping!

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours. Hookful Designs has no control of package once it is dropped off to the shipping courier.

Insurance Claims
Per courier policies no insurance claims can be filed until 16 days after shipping date, there is no exceptions.

Packages that have not arrived within 16 days will have a claim filed with the courier. This is the responsibility of Hookful Designs. Shipping courier will review and then approve or deny the claim. No refunds can be issued during the review process. This is out of the hands of Hookful Designs.

Approved claims will trigger a refund via Hookful Designs to the customer.

Shipping Insurance
ALL orders will carry shipping insurance to insure the full amount of the order. This is complementary on behalf of Hookful Designs, Inc.

Unscanned packages and Delays
Orders that have not updated after 48 hours please reach out to Hookful Designs so that we may send an online inquiry to the shipping courier.

Orders that have not updated in 5 days please reach out to Hookful Designs to go over alternative options.

Option 1 - Reprint the exact "Delayed Order" at a discount of 50% off invoice total. No add ons or changes can be made. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If "delayed" order is found and delivered during this process no insurance claim can be filed, and NO reimbursement for "delayed" or "reprints"

If "delayed" package is declared lost by courier then an insurance claim will be filed and once approved the "delayed" order will be refunded by Hookful Designs

Option 2 - wait till day 16 of no update and then Hookful Designs will file an insurance claim to get order reimbursed. Once approved by courier Hookful Designs will refund the "delayed" order back to the customer.
