Heat Press Instructions

Cotton Garments 330 Degrees          Cotton/Poly Blend 300 Degrees.            Poly 280 Degrees

Pre-Press garment for 10 secs., Place transfer onto garment and cover with teflon or parchment paper using heavy pressure for 10 sec., Lay garment to cool completely, remove transfer with a tight peel, re-press garment with teflon or parchment paper for an additional 10 secs.

Wash Instructions:

Machine wash garment inside out in cold water, and hang to dry.
